Connect Apparix to Printify

Choose the Printify products you want to sell, import them into Apparix, keep linked variant availability synchronized automatically, calculate live Printify shipping, and queue paid orders for fulfillment.

Selective product import and resync

• Search your Printify catalog by product name, SKU, color, size, or Printify ID.


• Browse paginated results and select only the products you want to import.


• See which products are already synced and when they were last updated.


• Resync an existing product after changing its design, mockups, pricing, or catalog data in Printify without deleting and recreating the Apparix listing.

Complete product and variant data

• Import enabled Printify variants, including colors, sizes, sticker types, option combinations, SKUs, production costs, retail prices, and availability.


• Sync descriptions, tags, keywords, search metadata, product images, and mockups.


• Associate mockups with matching color, type, size, and other option values so storefront images follow the customer's selections.


• Automatically refresh linked Printify variant availability every hour, every 6 hours, or nightly; sold-out combinations become inactive and return when Printify reports them available again.

Checkout, shipping, and fulfillment

• Request live Printify shipping rates when every physical cart item is mapped to Printify, replacing regular Apparix shipping to prevent double charging.


• Revalidate the selected rate before payment and send the chosen standard, priority, Printify Express, or economy method with the order.


• Queue eligible paid orders for background submission to Printify without delaying checkout or interfering with payment processing.


• Hold personalized orders for manual artwork preparation instead of sending them directly to production.


• Optionally update Apparix orders to Processing, Shipped, Delivered, or Cancelled from Printify, including carrier, tracking, order history, and customer notifications.


• Record product, order, and API sync status for troubleshooting.

Requirements: Apparix 1.3.5 or newer, a Printify account, a Printify Personal Access Token, a Printify Shop ID, and a server cron entry for automatic order submission, inventory, and optional status synchronization.
